Mana Land Consultants LLC will advise the client if any discrepancies or encroachments are found on the subject lot. Renters/Occupants of said lot will be notified by the owner or property manager of our arrival. All animals will need to be secured while the survey work is conducted. Boundary corners will be marked with 1/2” metal pipe and 36” stakes labeled with lot number or specified County TMK lot designation.

PROJECT START/COMPLETION DATE (CONT.)

All additional work requested will need to be formally requested by a work order request. If any variables are encountered on the subject property, Mana Land Consultants LLC will stop all work and advise the client of the necessary actions needed to complete the Survey. All pertinent data contained within the title report will be disclosed by the client before the Survey work will be scheduled: Title report (Schedule C, Illegal occupants (squatters), and or any conditions that will impair the ability to complete the Survey in a safe manner.

Note: Authorized persons only are required to sign our contractual agreement for Professional Land Surveying Services. The signee will be held liable for payment due for services rendered.
